The Leica DISTO D2G is the ultimate laser measurement tool for precise measurements up to 120 m in bright indoor environments. Its highly visible green laser dot is four times more visible than a red dot, ensuring unparalleled visibility. The ‘Smart Room’ feature allows for quick creation of room plans. Measurement data can be transferred effortlessly to the DISTO Plan app using the NFC technology. The fold-out end-piece with automatic position detection ensures highly accurate measurements from edges and corners, or when using with Smart Horizontal Mode, preventing expensive mistakes. A range of additional features guarantees unmatched measurement performance indoors.

What is the benefit of the green laser?
A green laser is up to four times more visible to the human eye, making the laser point much easier to see in a wider range of conditions. This is because green lasers typically operate at wavelengths around 520 nm, which the human eye can perceive more easily.
This increased visibility is especially useful in bright environments like sunlit rooms, when measuring over longer indoor distances, or near windows and reflective surfaces. For outdoor measurements with sunlight, it is recommended to use a DISTO with digital Pointfinder.
