The Hoodman Sunshade Hood model HSC mounts magnetically to DJI Smart Controllers to give drone pilots the best glare free outdoor viewing possible. Hoodman’s 4- sided Hood blocks light from the screen from all 4 sides. The bottom panel cut out facilitates touch screen access without compromising glare relief.

The hood base houses 6 magnets which mount to a screw on black powder coated metal frame around the LCD. The forward corners of the Smart Controller sunshade hood are made of flexible material that pushes out of the way for unobstructed joystick movement. For viewing the forward corners of the LCD, a simple push out of the corners of the hood yields unobstructed corner viewing.

Sunshade Hood base measures 5.25 inches horizontal by 2.87 inches vertical by 5 inches deep. Sunshade Hood folds flat for easy storage and transport. (smart controller not included)

The HSC smart controller hood can also be kitted up with a tripod mount option.  By placing your drone controller on a tripod, you will create a stable flight station with many benefits.
