Never! We only use it to contact you with our monthly newsletter and occasional promotions and events. You can always unsubscribe at any time.
Q. Can I order products online?
Yes, 24/7/365. You can order anonymously as a guest, or create an account and keep track of your order history.
Q. Is my online order/purchase secure?
KR is proud to offer Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card information. We operate using Woopayments, a highly secure process built in partnership with Stripe. It is PCI compliant, meeting the highest level of industry compliance.
Q. What is the return policy?
Most standard/inventory items can easily be retuned to KR within 10 business day of the receipt of order. Non-Stock/Special orders will need to be handled by a KR representative. Give us a call with the order details before returning. A re-stock fee may be applied.
Q. What else about my online purchase do I need to know.
Along with the SSL encryption, KR will monitor all orders and at our discretion cancel an order if additional qualifying requirements are not met. Such as bill to, ship to mismatch on orders over $150, CVV code errors and others.
