Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Overview

This Photo Contest (“Contest”) is hosted by Kuker Ranken (“Organizer”). By participating, entrants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• This Contest is open to individuals who are [age requirement, e.g., 18 years or older] at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be legal residents of the United States.
• Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on 1/14/2025 at 12:00 AM and ends on 3/14/2025 at 11:59 PM for  the daily prizes and (“Contest Period”). Submissions received after the Contest Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• Participants must submit their entries online by uploading a photo via https://www.kukerranken.com/photocontest
• Multiple entries per person are allowed.
• All submissions must meet the following criteria:
  

  • Must be original content created by the entrant.
  • Must not include inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material.
  • Must comply with [specific platform’s] community guidelines.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
• The random selection process will be conducted on 3/15/2025 by a computerized random draw
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• The Grand Prize winner will be voted on by our Kuker-Ranken staff. And announced March 21, 2025

6. Prizes

• The grand prize winner(s) will receive an Autel EVO II Pro 6K Rugged Bundle Drone with a Virtual Part 107 Test Prep course included. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Notification of Winners

• Winners will be notified via either direct message, email, etc. within 5 business days of the draw.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights and Permissions

• By entering the Contest, participants grant the Organizer the right to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes in relation to this Contest, including posting on social media, without additional compensation.
• Entrants retain the copyright to their submitted content.

9. Disqualification

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms, including but not limited to inappropriate content, fraud, or failure to comply with submission guidelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, lost submissions, or other issues beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the Contest.
• By participating, entrants release the Organizer from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage caused by participation in this Contest or acceptance of any prize.

11. Privacy

• Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for administration purposes and to contact winners.
• Participants’ data will be handled in compliance with [your country or region’s privacy laws, e.g., GDPR, CCPA].

12. Governing Law

• This Contest is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
