The X-series is the next generation of job site DISTOs. The X3 is ideal for interior construction, as-built measuring, and for outdoor use at shorter ranges where the laser dot is visible to the naked eye. The X-series is just as tough as earlier Job Site DISTOs – with an IP65 and 2-meter drop test ratings – and also features a Tilt Sensor to enable Smart Horizontal measurements over obstacles on the job site.
In addition, the X3 has a rotatable display that makes it easier to read from any angle and Bluetooth® connectivity to apps, including the new DISTO Plan App. The X3 supports the DISTO Plan app’s Smart Room function, which makes creating floor plans that can be exported to CAD a breeze, and it is compatible with the DST360, which enables Point to Point measurements.
